Brighton Pier was afirst time visit for us, we went to visit my brother who lives in the area so we thought we would kill two birds with one stone.

We had seen the park on tv advert. A banking company had filmed the park for their advert. It looked pretty good on it so we had to check it out

First ride was Turbo Coaster a looping Pinfari Zyklon.

It was situated right on the side of the pier and felt 3 times higher than it was due to the drop down to the water.

You can see how close it is to the edge here.

Turbo Coaster 3

The ride itself was a little bumpy, but had some good elements to it like a great headchopper at the bottom of the first drop, then as you came back up it felt like you could fly off into the water. With a smooth loop and good g's on the downward helix turn. it was pretty good for a Pinfari looper.

It held good speed right up to the braking zone.

The Reverchon Crazy Mouse was even wilder to ride than the Turbo, the ride had two sides on the edge of the pier.

br9

Its the same as any other spinning mouse ride, but the same as Turbo it feels more intense because of the drop to the water.

br10

I never used to enjoy these rides but for some reason I am getting the taste for them.

br16

Wild river a two drop log flume.

br14

Being out on a pier i bet they are never short of water.

br12

It was one of the most popular rides that day.

br13

For such a small log flume it had some fairly big splashes..

br17

Ranger a loop o plane ride.

br11

There has been rumours that this ride could be replaced by a bounce ride.

br8

The waltzer really shook the pier when it was running.

br18

Galaxia is a cross between a hopper and a carousel and has a good few different bounce patterns.

br22

The dodgems, we only saw these working once, it wasnt very busy that day though.

br2

Ah the carousel round and round we go.

br4

The helta skelta was another one of the attractions that had the extra feeling of height, being on the edge of the pier.

br24

Thats gotta hurt.

Brighton pier is worth a visit, as it has some good rides and attractions there.

With good use of space there is plenty of area to hold the public and have the maximum amount of attractions. Go check it out it's worth it.
